• We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Arcade Operator to join our entertainment team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor arcade games and equipment.
• Assist customers with the use of arcade machines.
• Ensure arcade equipment and the surrounding area are clean and organized.
• Report faulty machines and technical issues.
• Monitor the arcade area and enforce safety rules.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain records of faults, incidents, and other relevant activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, gaming, entertainment, or a related role is an advantage.
• Basic computer or technical knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and attentive.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
