Base salary：N150,000 – 250,000 & Performance Bonus: 50,000

Job Description for In-App Operations Executive

• Good understanding of CMS (Content Management Systems) to ensure smooth customer experience and communications.
• To create, implement and monitor user acquisition and retention strategies.
• Control and maintain select segments of the app UI/UX
• Data analysis of user behavior and reactions to marketing communications and offers
• Development of UI/UX frameworks. A/B testing of UI/UX changes
• Monitor user behavior and movement flow across various sales funnels
• Create/coordinate content for in-app communications and adverts.
• Create and communicate regular communication of efficacy reports to business lines
• Give recommendations to individual business lines based on analysis of user data
• Communications with third-party providers to reconcile user issues.

• Prior knowledge of CMS systems
