Apartment Manager at FMR AGENCY

About the Role

• We are seeking a responsible, organised, and customer-focused Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of a serviced apartment and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries.
• Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
• Supervise housekeeping and other support staff.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Monitor supplies, inventory, expenses, and daily operations.
• Maintain operational records and submit reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel management, apartment management, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff, solve problems, and work independently.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be reliable, professional, and well-presented.
• Willingness to reside on the property when required.
