    Requirements
    Education:

    • Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in an IT related discipline

    Experience:

    • 2 Years Post NYSC cognate experience
    • Working knowledge of structured systems analysis and design, and software development life cycle
    • Working knowledge of application design, implementation and operations
    • Working understanding of service management tools for event management, provisioning and monitoring
    • Good knowledge of enterprise applications systems such as Finacle 10, Oracle ERP, etc.

    • Systems Installation/ Decommissioning (HSIN 1)
    • Availability Management (AVMT 4)
    • Service Level Management (SLMO2)
    • Applications Support (ASUP 2)
    • IT Operations (ITOP 1)
    • Problem Management (PBMG 3)
    • Service Desk and Incident Management (USUP 2)

    Other SFIA 5 Skill Requirements:

    • Learning Delivery (ETDL 3)
