Requirement For Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of oil and gas equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
Excellent leadership, personnel management and communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must have a knowledge of inventory management, cost management by way of determining the cost of repairs and maintenance.
Been able to drive HSE standards within the workshop
