Air Conditioning (AC) Technician at African Industries Group (AIG)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team in a steel manufacturing plant in Ikorodu, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and ventilation equipment to ensure optimal performance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems within the plant facility.
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs on AC units, chillers, compressors, and related equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, Trade Test, or Technical Certification in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration with 2–4 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
