Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge IT team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative artificial intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI applications.
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
• Implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks and libraries for specific projects.
• Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and recommend their integration.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on AI trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Publications or contributions to the AI/Machine Learning community.
• Experience with reinforcement learning.
