Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in field trials, crop management, or similar role.
Strong understanding of soil fertility, and agricultural systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
