Responsibilities

• Provide agronomic support and technical advice to field teams and farmers.
• Monitor crop performance and recommend interventions for optimal yield.
• Conduct field visits, training, and demonstration trials.
• Support research, extension, and farmer capacity-building activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of working with tomatoes and other crops – including evidence of yield improvement, pest/disease management, and farmer training.
• Minimum of 2 years practical field experience.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with rural farming communities.
• All claims will be verified before engagement.
