Agric Management Trainee at Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities

• Supervise, control, and manage assigned operational areas, ensuring continuous improvement of the efficiency level of operations.
• Manage and motivate team members/assigned workforce to efficiently achieve the assigned task and target.
• Ensure controls put in place are followed and improved upon to guarantee the quality targets of the organisation.
• Ensure proper reporting and analysis of data to guide management decision.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• B.Sc/HND in Agronomy, Plant, Crop or Soil Science, Agric Economics/Extension, or Agric Engineering.
• 2 years working experience in a similar role.
• MSc will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Smart, intelligent, honest, dedicated, proactive, and trainable.
