    We’re Hiring: Agency Manager (Real Estate)

    Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for real estate? Join our team and drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and make an impact!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, train, and lead a team to achieve sales goals.
    • Develop and implement winning sales and marketing strategies.
    • Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service.


    Requirements:

    • BSC /HND in related field
    • 3-5 years Proven experience in real estate sales/management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
    • Ability to close deals and collaborate
