After-Sales Engineer at Cworth Energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers on solar system performance and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve faults or performance issues in installed systems.
• Conduct system checks, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments.
• Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports after each customer visit or support call.
• Train customers on proper use, maintenance, and safe operation of systems.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, spare parts usage, and customer interactions.
• Participate in technical training to enhance product knowledge and field skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related fields).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
