Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our team. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cosmetic procedures and treatments to enhance the appearance and well-being of our clients.
• Your primary goal will be to provide safe, effective, and personalized care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Administer cosmetic treatments such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser therapies, chemical peels, and other non-invasive procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients, including potential side effects and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and products through continuing education and professional development.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory.

Requirements

• Valid registered nursing (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Certification in aesthetic nursing or relevant cosmetic procedures preferred.
• Proven experience working as an Aesthetic Nurse or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic procedures, products, and equipment.
• Excellent clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
