    Admissions and Visa Compliance Officer

    Job Description:

    As an Admissions and Visa Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for assisting students in navigating the complexities of academic programs and visa processes.

    Your primary duties will include:

    • Leads Conversion
    • Providing comprehensive academic counselling to students, including program selection, admission requirements, document review and applications.
    • Offering expert guidance on visa procedures, documentation, and compliance regulations to ensure successful visa applications.
    • Supporting students with pre-arrival preparations, including accommodation arrangements, travel logistics, and cultural adaptation.
    • Keeping abreast of changes in immigration policies, academic programs, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in academic advising, student counselling, and visa application knowledge of at least 2 of the following countries: UK/US/Canada/Australia/Europe.
    • within the international education sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of higher education systems, admission procedures, and visa regulations in at least 2 of the following countries: UK/US/Canada/Australia/European countries).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications and digital communication platforms.
    • Fluency in English is preferred. Being bilingual is a bonus.
