Processing Applications: Ensuring that all applications are acknowledged, recorded, and monitored efficiently.
Supporting Students: Acting as the first point of contact for students, parents, and other stakeholders, providing information, advice, and guidance.
Administrative Duties: Managing the admissions process.
Customer Service: Delivering an excellent level of customer service to all customers who access the service by telephone or email.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office: Maintain accurate records of staff, clients, finances, and company documents.
Act as a point of contact between management and employees. Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and health and safety regulations.
