Provide expert guidance on study destinations, programs, and visa options, helping students and parents choose suitable courses and institutions.
Support students with admission applications and document preparation, reviewing submissions for accuracy and liaising with universities.
Assist students with visa documentation, interview preparation, and appointment scheduling while staying updated on immigration policies.
Conduct research on scholarships, trending study destinations, and education opportunities, and recommend improvements to PGE’s services.
Plan and coordinate webinars or virtual sessions for student engagement, collaborating with marketing to create relevant topics and content.
Follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed admissions, promote additional PGE services, and represent the company at events.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and education agents, supporting new partnership registrations and managing agreements.
Maintain accurate records of admissions, visa approvals, and pending applications, submitting timely reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: B.Sc. in Education, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
Certifications: Training in international education consulting, career counseling, or immigration advisory is an added advantage.
Experience: 2–4 years in student admissions, visa processing, or education consulting.
Proven record of successful admissions and visa approvals across multiple destinations.
