Admission and Visa Officer at PGE Travels and Education Consulting

• Provide expert guidance on study destinations, programs, and visa options, helping students and parents choose suitable courses and institutions.
• Support students with admission applications and document preparation, reviewing submissions for accuracy and liaising with universities.
• Assist students with visa documentation, interview preparation, and appointment scheduling while staying updated on immigration policies.
• Conduct research on scholarships, trending study destinations, and education opportunities, and recommend improvements to PGE’s services.
• Plan and coordinate webinars or virtual sessions for student engagement, collaborating with marketing to create relevant topics and content.
• Follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed admissions, promote additional PGE services, and represent the company at events.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and education agents, supporting new partnership registrations and managing agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions, visa approvals, and pending applications, submitting timely reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: B.Sc. in Education, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Certifications: Training in international education consulting, career counseling, or immigration advisory is an added advantage.
• Experience: 2–4 years in student admissions, visa processing, or education consulting.
• Proven record of successful admissions and visa approvals across multiple destinations.
