    Administrator (NYSC)

    Job Overview

    • We are in search of a highly organized and proactive male corper to support our team.
    • The successful candidate will handle clerical tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, correspondence)
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
    • Maintain confidential records and filing systems
    • Prepare reports, minutes, and other business documents
    • Provide administrative support to departments as needed
    • other assigned duties

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
    • Little experience in an administrative role
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
    • Must be able to use a computer.
