    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • perform general office administration, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
    • Manage office upkeep and coordinate with vendors.
    • Monitor and restock office supplies.
    • Represent the company in client meetings and project bid submissions.
    • Support Business Development meetings and strategic planning.
    • Attend events to promote cornpany visibility.
    • Handle the submission and pick-up of project bids.
    • Engage walk in Clients.

    Requirement

    • B.sc/HND in Business Administration, Office Management
    • 2-3 years of experience in the field
