    Administrative Officer

    • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries in person, via phone, and through email.
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client files.
    • Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
    • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace environment.
    • Support management in handling basic bookkeeping and petty cash.
    • Track project timelines and follow up on pending client requests or payments.
