    Administrative Assistant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Cen Global Services Limited in Port Harcourt.
    • The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which may include providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication, assisting executives, and performing clerical duties.


    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
    • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
    • Phone Etiquette and Communication
    • Experience in executive administrative assistance is a plus
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
