As the Administration Officer, you will oversee the school's daily administrative operations, coordinate support staff, and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient learning environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations, maintain school records, and prepare operational reports
Manage admissions, parent communications, and coordinate after-school activities and school events
Supervise support staff, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with operational standards and school policies
Coordinate facility maintenance, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to support smooth school operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
3–5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within a school or childcare environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience supervising operational staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and excellent communication and customer service skills
