Administration / HR Manager at Royal Care Specialist Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Hospital
• Manage staff and ensure high-quality patient care
• Manage staffing Roster
• Ensure compliance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Undertake Business Development functions as and when required
• Maintain inventory - Pharmacy, Laboratory, diagnostic center and house keeping inventories
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient satisfaction
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Handle patient complaints and issues
• Ensure the hospital is clean and safe
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments
• Manage HMO Accounts and Liaise with Contact Persons
• Handle Human Resources Function

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree
• Background in any of the following professions will be an advantage; Medical Doctor, Nursing, Pharmacist, Medical Lab scientist or Healthcare Administration.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
