Job Summary

• The Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the bakery.
• Coordinates staff schedules, maintains records, and ensures smooth workflow.
• Supervises procurement of ingredients, materials, and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports management in decision-making.
• Keeps inventory, creates job orders
• Follow up with customer complaints

Qualification and Experience

• BSc/HND/ND/NCE in any field with 2 - 3 years of experience in any discipline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Good Leadership skill.
