    Admin/Operations Officier

    Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional? Do you have excellent administrative skills and a passion for efficient office management? Royal Integrated Ventures Nigeria Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin/Operations Officer!

    Renumeration: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000per month and other benefits

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth daily operations in all offices.
    • Maintain and organize company records, equipment and documentation.
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative duties.
    • Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
    • Assist in implementing new office processes and systems.
    • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress on projects.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
    • Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
    • Develop and implement filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
    • Ensure set up of new branches in other locations.
    • Vendor management.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently
