Admin Officer (NYSC) at d.light

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact with clients and visitors.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies such as pens, visitors form etc.
• Accept packages for delivered for staff in the company and send to the appropriate owners.
• Monitor, organize and forward necessary emails.
• Work with the HR department to make sure that all files and records are well arranged and kept.
• Schedule interviews on calendars- and coordinate the interview process by reaching out to candidates.
• Attend to visitors and set up refreshments for meetings and training.
• Manage the office environment and make sure the surrounding is neat.
• Work with the Facility Manager when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Youth Corpers ONLY.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office Suite
• Should be able to book calendars and schedule meetings.
• Just finished NYSC camp and looking for a place of service.
• Must reside around Ikeja, Maryland, Agege, Ogba, Oshodi or its environs.
