Job Description

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails
• Manage office supplies and ensure timely restocking
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate staff calendars
• Book meeting rooms, venues, and travel arrangements as needed
• ssist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting
• Provide general administrative support to HR, finance, and other departments
• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms
• Provide accurate and complete information about products or services
• Maintain both digital and physical filing and documentation systems
