Assist with the development and ongoing operational support for DHL Network flight. Develop processes to integrate high speed delivery solution for ACS freight services. Ensure smooth movement of cargo within the network by making sure that data are accurately and timely updated. Assist with ensuring overall objectives of high level of customer service and profitability are achieved.
Liaise and communicate with existing ACS clients to provide reliable services, ensuring their needs and expectation are
met, thus working towards achieving the departmental and regional target.
Develop and maintain intimate knowledge of customers’ current and anticipated business practise with process.
Recommend improvement and cost saving solution.
Ensure data related to shipment are accurately and timely updated in TGV, CMS and other relevant application used by ACS team.
Develop operational checklists to support execution of network flight to ensure no operational issues are overlooked
Maintain up to date database of contacts both operational and customer ( internal / external )
Accumulate, comprehend and be fully aware of all relevant sales and marketing information in order to quickly and effectively make appropriate decisions to achieve the commercial objectives of the department, without reference if appropriate
Efficient communication of information to warehouse, load control, NCC and any other supporting staff.
Constantly evaluate the ACS operation performance and identify solutions to problems that restrict performance improvement
Liaise with Aviation Operations and Commercial Managers to identify opportunities with local and key account customers to grow existing business to propose solutions that to maximise revenue
General coordination of ACS HUB activities by giving instruction and support to 3rd party staff on what is expected of them daily.
Generate daily shipment on-hold list and accept shipment from interline partners.
Requirement
Degree level or equivalent combined.
Skills required include relationship, networking, creative problem solving, negotiation and presentational skills
Ability to take independent initiatives at short notice, as required and be very resilient.

At least 2 years airline and/or cargo forwarding/shipping experience supplemented by planning, producing reports and presentations exposure.
