Accounts Executive
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of customers' and suppliers' accounts
- Preparation and passing of the closing entries journal
- Initiate vouchers, post vouchers & maintain a cost centre for each expense
- Keeping track of each voucher from initiation to filing
- Preparation of service order GRN & purchase bill
- Handling of importation documents and related activities
- Management of WHT & VAT for both vendor and customer
- Implement and maintain accounts payable policies
- Preparation and posting of the adjustment journal
- Track payment receivable and credit monitoring
- Other tasks assigned by the finance controller.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting or a related field with 2 - 3 years experience.
