Location: Karasana, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role
- Our client, a dynamic real estate development firm in Karasana, Abuja, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external auditors
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
