Job Brief

• Our client is urgently in need of a detailed oriented professional to fill the post of an Accountant in our company. Creating new accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entities and the evolving business structure.

Responsibilities

• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Processing and following up with the Estate clients to get their claims
• Follow up with the estate procedures and clearing of the necessary documents to ensure timely payment.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Respond with correspondences and ensure proper follow up with tasks as it relates to the company objectives
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage the inventories and accurate reporting
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Performing other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

• Degree (1st Class is a plus)
• Experience Level: 3 years and above

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Accountant
• Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Excel is a must
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgment.
