Our client is urgently in need of a detailed oriented professional to fill the post of an Accountant in our company. Creating new accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entities and the evolving business structure.
Responsibilities
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
Preparing budget forecasts
Processing and following up with the Estate clients to get their claims
Follow up with the estate procedures and clearing of the necessary documents to ensure timely payment.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Respond with correspondences and ensure proper follow up with tasks as it relates to the company objectives
Ensure timely bank payments
Manage the inventories and accurate reporting
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Performing other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
Degree (1st Class is a plus)
Experience Level: 3 years and above
Requirements:
Proven working experience as an Accountant
Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Excel is a must
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
