We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the restaurant's financial records and daily accounting activities. The role involves maintaining accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, supporting payroll, reconciling accounts, and helping ensure effective cost control and smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and daily accounting transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process invoices and support payroll administration.
Monitor inventory, expenses, and operating costs.
Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with budgeting and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
