Job Description

• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Provide financial directions for audits purposes and resolving discrepancies.
• Computing taxes.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
• Strong communication skills, orally and verbally
• Understanding of all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
• Prior experience with financial systems including invoicing
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision makers.
• Excellent use Microsoft Office products, and accounting software programs
