Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial health.
• The Accountant will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor company expenses and assist in cost control measures.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support the preparation of tax returns.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
