Our Client, who is a growing player in the FMCG industry is currently recruiting for an Accountant. 

          Responsibilities/Duties:

1. • Manage all accounting transactions
   • Prepare budget forecasts
   • Publish financial statements in time
   • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
   • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
   • Ensure timely bank payments
   • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and abide by federal regulations
   • Manage balance sheets and income statements
   • Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
   • Audit financial transactions and documents
   • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct Database backups when necessary
   • Comply with financial policies and regulations
   • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

1        Qualifications:

1. • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
   • Work experience as an Accountant

2       Personal Qualities:

1. • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
   • Advanced MS Excel skills
   • Experience with general ledger functions
   • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
   • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills

3          Other skills or requirements:

1. • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
   • Ability to use Quickbooks
   • Additional experience in Audit

Pay Range : 120,000 Gross
