Responsibilities

• Financial record-keeping: Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records of all company's financial transactions. This includes tracking all income and expenses, and keeping track of inventory.
• Budgeting: Responsible for creating and managing the company budget. This involves working with management to establish financial goals and objectives, and then developing a plan to achieve them.
• Tax compliance: Responsible for ensuring that the business complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations. This includes preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring that all taxes are paid in a timely manner.
• Cash management: Responsible for managing the compnay's cash flow. This involves monitoring cash balances, managing cash disbursements, and ensuring that all cash is properly accounted for.
• Financial reporting: Responsible for preparing financial statements and reports, which will be used to help the company's management make informed decisions about its finances.
• Audit preparation: Responsible for preparing for and assisting with any audits that may be required by regulatory agencies or stakeholders.
• Financial analysis: Responsible for conducting financial analysis of the company's operations. This involves analyzing financial data to identify trends and patterns, and then using that information to make recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Finance / Accounting or related fields
• 4 years minimum proven work experience as an financial Accountant
• Have advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
• Strong Analytical, problem-solving skills with good initiative
• Be an effective team player
