Job Description

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
• The Accountant will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
