Job Summary

• The Accountant will manage financial records, reporting, and compliance while ensuring efficient financial operations across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue streams
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions
• Oversee payroll processing
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors
• Implement cost control measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) required
• 5–8 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in construction or oil & gas
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in Nigeria
• Proficiency in accounting software
