Job Summary: 

Our client, a leading firm in the manufacturing/FMCG industry, is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies. 
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. 
• Support audits, both internal and external. 
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and assist in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred. 
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
