Accountant at Domeo Resources International (DRI)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of company properties and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance staff, vendors, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, generator, and other facility systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Monitor utility usage and maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of facility maintenance, assets, and service schedules.
• Prepare periodic operational and maintenance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
