Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Ajah. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and overseeing tax filings and compliance. Additional duties include budget management, financial forecasting, cost analysis, and ensuring that all company financial processes adhere to regulatory requirements. Collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and creating financial statements
• Experienced in managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and cash flow management
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance, along with experience in handling tax filings and financial audits
• Skilled in financial forecasting, cost analysis, and budgetary control
• Strong proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus)
• Prior work experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology or services-oriented organization
