Job Summary

• The accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating accounting functions and programs.
• Ensure tax clearance certificate is timely and up-to-date
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, and account reconciliations…)
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Processing and payment of all payables and follow up on receivables
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
• Maintaining the General Ledger and ensure its accuracy
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Promote company services
• Any other responsibility as advised by management
