Job Summary

• We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Accountant to join our finance team.
• You'll be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights to support hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and report on budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, hotel policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6 years proven experience in hotel accounting or hospitality finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• Experience with hotel PMS (Property Management System).
