JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist new/potential clients in navigating the onboarding procedure for establishing a new business account.
• Address and resolve any problems or inquiries raised by clients.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of clients' requirements and objectives, actively identifying prospects to support their progress.
• Recognise possibilities for account growth and expansion, collaborating with the sales team to promote supplementary products or services.
• Foster and sustain robust client relationships, serving as their main contact.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to offer strategic advice to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Prior Experience as a Customer Rep/Sales Rep will be an advantage.
• Problem solving Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of customer/client relationship
• Familiarity with MS Excel
