    Account Relationship Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager at Wema Bank Plc in Lagos Mainland.
    • The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding client needs, promoting banking services, developing strong relationships with clients, and providing financial advice and solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Client Relationship Management and Sales skills
    • Financial Advisory and Banking Services knowledge
    • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving and Analytical skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
