Account Reconcilation Officer at Ringo Telecoms Limited

Job Purpose:

• Reconcile inflow and outflow transactions in transit and suspense accounts Etranzact   transactions
• Ensure timely reconciliation and address outstanding items promptly.
• Ensure reconciliation without impacting income.

 Responsibilities:

• Reconcile NIP, Remita,  Etranzact transactions.
• Match Remita, and Etranzact reports with transaction files.
• Handle transit and suspense accounts, ensuring daily clearance.
• Daily balance incoming and outgoing files.
• Post entries to relevant Expense or Revenue accounts daily.
• Address unmatched and outstanding items by generating queries to applicable units/branches.
• Thoroughly investigate exceptions with diligence and accuracy.
• Manage refund and recovery processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain well-organized files.
• Submit reconciliation reports like daily, monthly proof of accounts, and weekly reports to the team MIS officer promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc with a Second Class Lower Division.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must reside around Ikeja and its Enviros.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
