Account Officer at New Star Metal International Limited (NSMIL)

Description 

• Prepare all supporting documents and information for the month, quarterly and annually financial information.
• Manage the bookkeeping function, using the ledger and ERP
• Reconcile stock and manage cash flow.
• Attending to requisition and follow up for approval and recording into system
• Maintenance of company books and accounts record such as petty cash book, sales and purchase.
• Recording of supplier payment and invoice into Ledger.
• Raising of payments for proper authorizations and approval.
• Keeping up till date filling system of the department.
• All other work assigned by the superior officer.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.
