Account Officer at IBD International Hotel

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or Accountancy  
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant accounting experience in the hospitality industry  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software  
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliation  
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality  
• Professional certification (ICAN) will be an added advantage  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports  
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records  
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow  
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis  
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements  
• Support internal and external audit activities  
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
