    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Must take care of the financial bookkeeping and records of the Depot.
    • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
    • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
    • Sending bills and invoices to clients
    • Tracking organization expenses
    • Processing refunds.
    • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience
    • Must live within Job Location
    • Must be computer literate
