Account Officer at Capimore Limited

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
• Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and providing financial reports to management.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax-related documents.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Account Officer or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
