    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
    • Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.
    • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Track and manage company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
    • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
    • Respond to financial inquiries from management and other departments.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures and systems.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 - 1 year of experience.
